個人簡介
何萬貫，現為香港中文大學教育學院副教授。先後獲得：文學士、教育文憑、教育碩士、哲學博士（中大）及哲學碩士（港大）。在教育署工作十多年，曾任教育署輔導視學處中文組督學、教育署中國語文教學與研究中心督學、教育署課程發展處中文組督學。
現在工作：培訓 中、小學中文老師、指導碩士生及博士生、進行語文教學研究。
研究範圍：閱讀認知過程、寫作認知過程、中文教學法、網上教學模式、創意思維、語文能力測量。
研究計劃：每日一篇網上閱讀計劃、小作家網上培訓計劃、星火網上文學月刊、多讀多寫網上培訓計劃、網上語文遊戲、飛鴿行動‧‧‧‧‧‧

Profile
Prof. Man-Koon H O is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Education of The Chinese University of Hong Kong . His work focuses on the training of Chinese Language teachers from primary and secondary schools, supervision of Master’s and PhD students, and research on Chinese L anguage teaching. Prof. H O has a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language & Literature , a Diploma in Education, two Master’s degrees (CHUK and HKU) and a PhD (CUHK). Before joining the CUHK, h e served for ten years as an Inspector in the Chinese Section of the Advisory Inspectorate, the Chinese Language Teaching and Research Centre, and the Curriculum Development Institute of the Education Department.
Research interests: Cognitive processes of reading and writing, Chinese pedagogy, web-based teaching and learning, and language proficiency assessment.
Research projects: “A Passage a Day”; “Young Writers Online Training”; “Star Fire Monthly Online Literary Journal”; “Reading More and Writing More Web-based Training”; “Caring and Sharing for Society: Express Appreciation Express”.
